Yes. The login we send you also works in Smarters Player, IBO Player, IM Player and most other IPTV players that accept an Xtream Codes login. On iPhone, iPad and Apple TV, Smarters Player Lite is free to download from the App Store.
Yes. Add Castor in TiviMate as a Stalker portal playlist, send us the device ID TiviMate shows, and we activate it. TiviMate users get the same free trial. Each subscription is linked to one device ID, so a subscription used in the Castor app cannot be moved to TiviMate later. Other players that support Stalker portal login work the same way. Some TiviMate features need TiviMate Premium, which you buy from TiviMate. See the TiviMate setup.

No. On the MAC activation screen, choose Enter your existing device ID and type the device ID from your old stick. Your subscription follows it to the new device. Updating the app never clears your favourites or sign-in either.
About 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. A wired connection or 5 GHz Wi-Fi gives the steadiest picture for live sport.

Restart the TV once. That clears most freezing, especially on the first day. If the app says Not connected, press Retry, then restart, and check that the internet works in another app. If the guide has no programmes, open Settings and choose Update EPG now.
